Thank you for choosing Art on 30th as a place to grow as an artist! We are looking forward to seeing you in class. Below is our cancellation and make up policies for classes and workshops.
cancelled class policy
Occasionally Art on 30th may find it necessary to cancel a course or workshop due to scheduling conflicts or instructor cancellation. If this occurs, registered students will be contacted and allowed to transfer to another class or be refunded the full course tuition and any additional fees.
Effective February 4th, 2019...
If something should come up and you are unable to attend your class/workshop, please give us 48 hours notice prior to the start of the class/workshop for a full refund.
After 48 hours, no refunds will be given.
make up policy
Effective April 15th, 2018...
Life happens and you may miss a class. You will be allowed to make up one class from the session.
Please request a “make up slip” that is active for the next 30 days.
You may make up your class in any class that has room, it does not need to be the class that you originally took.
Make ups are limited to one class per session.
