oil & cold wax effects with acrylics
Come learn with Nancy Seiler, who is a GOLDEN Working Artist and the presenter for our GOLDEN OPEN Lecture & Demo!
By combining GOLDEN OPEN Acrylic paints (slow-drying acrylics) with GOLDEN Gels, you can create layers that resemble the painting process of oil and cold wax without the use of solvents.
We'll paint with brushes and scrapers, adding marks with charcoal and oil crayons. Final glazes will be with GOLDEN Fluids. Nancy will also show you how to mount your art so that no framing is needed.
No experience necessary. All materials provided. Perfect for artists of all levels!
• Sat, January 26th, 11am-2pm
• Attendees are encouraged to bring a sack lunch
• Perfect for any skill level, no experience required.
