About the instructor
I’ve always loved--being creative! As a youngster I loved to draw, create with clay, weave macramé, and take photographs that I would print and frame. As I got older, my creative interests expanded to include developing nutritious cooking recipes. In 2014, I took all the photographs for, wrote the recipes and designed the cover and inside layout of my published, full-color cookbook, “Healthy Food gets Fabulous.” I also began to design and create jewelry in silver and bronze.
But I wanted more! And that’s when I found Art on 30th. At first, I tried a few “Paint Nights” but when I began taking Kate’s Intro to Abstract Acrylics class, I was hooked on painting! I have now been painting for about five years, continue to take various art classes and have my art on display in Studio 8. Come visit me!
